Robin and Eric met at a Dee's singles dance in Salt Lake. They dated 2 yrs and will have been married 3 years this September. They live in Lehi, UT. Robin works at IM Flash Technologies and has been there for almost 10 years. Eric is a Recreational Therapist and works at the state prison, and also consults at nursing homes on the side. As you may already know, Eric is also a world class athlete and an actor. They love fishing, camping, attending Salt Lake Bee's minor league baseball games, dancing and most sports. They also enjoy NFL football. Their favorite game lineup is when the Dallas Cowboys play the Seattle Seahawks ( a his and hers team match-up). Our most favorite place to be is Maui, snorkeling with the dolphins and turtles.

Some of Robins favorite memories are the big swing in the tree, sleeping out on the hay stacks, and waking up ona Sunday morning with a fat puffy eye from bug bites and having to go to church. Also, horseback riding down to the dog pound or 7-11 and the time Cindy pulled her off the horse when the colt we were riding wanted to catch up with her mom on State Street. We had a lot of fum putting makeup on Vickie and Richie. Yes, Richie was a cutie.

The most famous trait of Dad's that Robyn has is his nose and calves. Sorry thing for a girl anyways. Robin's son looks at her calves and says he wishes he had them...That's a compliment right????

Robin and Eric have 6 children :

Scott and Nancy

Brandon and Chelsey

Scott and Nancy have been married for 29 years, they met when Nancy was working as a bookkeeper for Dad.
I recall Scott and Nancy living in the basement of the home on Nathaniel Drive for awhile and Mom mentioned she was pregnant with Gail while Nancy was pregnant with Cameron. Cameron is only a couple of months older than his Aunt Gail.
Cameron 27, is the oldest of five kids. Cameron graduated in 2000 from Scott's alma matter, Uinta High School where Cameron was the Student Body President. He then served a mission to San Jose, Ca. Cameron is now married to Becca and they have been married for two years and live in Springville. They met in their current home where Cameron's best freind and wife lived and Becca is best friends with Cameron's freind's wife (did that make sense?). Cameron works for RNI as a truck driver and Becca graduated with an associates at Snow College and now works for a property management company in Orem. Becca loves to do crafts in her spare time and Cameron recently bought a street bike for a hobby. They currently have two dogs...

Tyson 26, and his wife Jenn of 7 years also call Springville home. Tyson graduated from Spanish Fork High School and currently works at Les Schwab in Lindon as a mechanic. Jenn is the store manager at the Ross store in Orem. Jenn is a native of Louisianna and was a recent convert to the Church before moving to Utah. Tyson and Jenn are big LSU fans and we BYU fans can find solice in that since former BYU coach Gary Crowton is there running the offense.

Stacia 24, has been married to Dominic for about 5 years now. They started out as pen pals , Dominic was in his native island Nevis, a small island in the East Carribean (Maybe that is where we should go for our next family reunion). When Dominic first visited Utah it was in the middle of winter and based on how cold he was, Stacia must have really had a hold on his heart to keep him here. Dominic is working on his schooling to become an Air traffic Controller at UVUand he also recently got his US citizenship. Stacia and Dominic are currently living in Scott and Nancy's basement.

Chelsey 21, after high school she moved out with a friend and still lives close to the family.

Brandon 18, is the the gym rat, lady's man in the family. He played linebacker for the Timpview T-birds last fall when they won the state championship. He is looking forward to his senior year next year.

Scott and Nancy live in Scott's grandma's old house in Provo, Ut (Actually Edgemont) Just south of the mouth of Provo Canyon. They have lived there for 10 years now and love it location close to everything without the city feel. Just do not get caught at their house after a BYU game unless you have plenty of time.

Nancy is the talented one in the family. She plays the piano beautifully and has served several years as the organist in their ward.

Scott works as the dispatcher for RNI in Roosevelt where he works a 96 hour shift on and then a 96 hour shift off. Nancy is the store manager for Ross Dress for Less in Draper.

The family gets together often and never misses celebrating a birthday together. As a family they enjoy vacations, movies and of course cooking and eating together. One of their favorite vacations is going snowmobiling up to Yellowstone as a family.

Scott still has a soft spot in his heart for BYU, he even bought football season tickets last year. When he is off work and Nancy has to work he will often go take her out for lunch. Scott is actually very anxious to become a Grandpa, hopefully soon.
Scott enjoys being behind the wheel just like Dad, Road trip anyone?

Steve, Taunya and Alexander

Steve has not sent me anything yet so I am going to write up what I know and hopefully he or Taunya will send me the correct write up. Here is what I remember. Some information might be slightly wrong but the general story is correct:

Steve is married to Taunya and they have one child, Alexander who is the center of their lives. Steve and Taunya first met on their missions to the New York, New York Mission. Neither one of them recall a romantic attraction while in the same District in their mission, at least not that Steve will admit. The romance began several years later when they were at BYU and started reminiscing about their mission memories and it quickly turned into love. They were married shortly after in the Washington D.C. Temple. If I remeber correctly they will be celebrating their 24th wedding aniversary this year.

They soon moved to Arizona and Steve attended Arizona State University where he graduated with a bachelors in Purchasing. Steve took a job, in the then booming silicon valley, as a purchaser for a Tech company. Taunya then attended Cal State - Hayward and graduated with a dual masters degree specializing in Child Psychology. They called Santa Clara home for several years. Until they eventually about 12 years ago purchased a home in San Jose. Steve's career has taken some interesting turns along the way. He started out in the Purchasing Dept and eventually transitioned into finance. I do not know all the details; however, I do know he later took a job as an accountant for a small construction company in the area. He eventually became the CFO until a large construction company bought out the company he worked for. He continued to work for the large construction company as an accountant for several years until recently about 4 years ago he took a position as an accountant for a large engineering firm in the Oakland area. Taunya has worked for the local schools as a child psychologist for several years.

Alexander- Came along to their family about 1998. Alexander is graduating from 6th grade this year and starts Junior High this fall. He is a fantastic artist, he paints animals, scenery, abstracts and even some clay sculptures. Alexander competes on a community swim team which is a big Saturday, all day event for the Bailesses.

Steve, as you might guess, has served for several years in their ward as the Financial Clerk and Taunya serves with Young Women in the Ward.

As a family they love to vacation. Red Fish Lake and Hawaii are their two favorite spots to visit. Taunya's family has family reunions at Red Fish Lake every couple of years that get them there regularly. I am pretty convinced Steve would move to Hawaii if he could figure out how to afford it.

Steve is suprisingly a huge Jazz fan after all these years away from Utah. He enjoys Golfing and incorporates golf into about any trip he makes.

Taunya has always had a desire to visit Russia, they hope to make it there in the next few years.

If I had say what trait Steve gets from mom it would be his love to sleep in. Or just sleep. Steve also is always concerned with how everyone is doing. He calls me regularly to find out what I know about mom and dad to make sure they are ok.
