Kevin and Deb met at a Pleasant Grove High School Dance. Deb was there with a date and saw this really cute guy who had come to the dance with a bunch of guy friends. It was honestly love at first sight. Deb disappeared from her date and asked this really cute guy to dance with her. Deb only knew this cute guy's name was Kevin and didn't even know where he went to school. A few weeks after the dance, Deb's front doorbell rang. Deb answered the door and WOW!! It was the cute guy from the dance. Kevin was just as surprised as Deb was when the door opened because he was at this house to ask for a job. Come to find out, Kevin's step-mom, Carol, and Deb's Aunt Kathy were sisters. Uncle Gary Harding had told Deb's dad that he know of a young man who needed a job and Deb's dad was hiring to install chain link fencing. Kevin and Deb started dating and were married two years later. They have been married now for 35 years. They have 5 children and 11 grandchildren (#12 is due in December).

Misty (age 34) is married to Scott Ross and lives in Alpine, Utah. Scott owns his own business and is a financial advisor. Misty is a stay at home mom to 4 very busy children. When she is not chasing children all over, Misty enjoys running and has participated in the St. George marathon and other running events. They are expecting their 5th child on Deb's birthday-Dec. 8th. Hallie thier oldest child, is almost 11 years old and is a dancer, gymnist, pianist, soccer player and the most happiest and sweet young lady you will ever meet. Matthew is almost 9 years old and is a major debator. He will try to negotiate anything. He loves sports and does really well in school. Dallin is 7 years old and is a major character. He says the funniest things and enjoys his Nintendo DS immensely. Kathryn (Kate) is 3 years old and rules the house. She is so busy trying to figure out new ways to wear Misty out. There is no cupboard high enough that Kate won't figure out how to get into it.

Kellie (age 32) is married to Sterling Naumann and lives in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Sterling is Kevin's right hand man in the business, KC Steel Construction. Kellie works out of the home as a preschool teacher. She is a very talented photographer and has taken many wedding and family photographs. She is currently managing her daughter, Kaylie's triple A soccer team, Kellie is also a runner and is training for a race in a few weeks. Sterling & Kellie have 4 children. Kaylie is 14 years old. She is an amazing goalie for her soccer team. In this high level of soccer, she is trained by players from the Salt Lake Real soccer team. Brooklyn is 12 years old. She also plays on an accelerated soccer team. Kaylie and Brook love to hang out with Uncle Brayden (Kaylie is only 4 months younger than her uncle Brayden). Lily is almost 8 years old. She is Kellie Jr. She is a little tom boy and is constantly on the go. She loves soccer, running and especially creative projects. Give Lily scissors, glue, paper, feathers, glitter and in no time she will have a masterpiece that she will display on her bedroom door. Landon is almost 7 years old. He is one of the funniest little guys you will meet. He keeps our entire family laughing so hard.

Jamie (age 31) is married to Clint Tomlinson and lives in Lindon, Utah. Clint works with his father at Tomlinson Auto Body and builds ATV roll cages. Jamie has a vinyl lettering/sign business that keeps her really busy along with being the mom to 3 overly active kids. Jamie love life and keeps our family laughing. She and her family can be found at the sand dunes or in the mountains riding ATV's or out on the lake boating. She love to work out... no one messes with Jamie- she is so strong. (She has to be able to handle ehr 3 active darlings). Brock is 10 years oldand has inherited both of hsi parents strong genes. Brock is very creative at building things. He loves to ride motorcycles and play basketball. Kory is 8 years old and is a great at soccer and loves to come to Grammy's to slide on the waterslide. Rachel is a runaway. You have to watch her every minute or she has disappeared and has found an unlocked neighbors door and is inside helping herself to the food and watching TV with them. Jamie is constantly looking for that girl. She love changing her clothes many times a day and especially loves princess clothes(tells something of her personality).

Skyler (almost 19)- just graduated from Pleasant Grove High school and is currently taking a summer class at BYU before going full time this fall at BYU. She will be living on campus (which will be really hard for mom and dad). Skyler was on the PG Drill team all through high school and has danced ever since she was 3 years old. She is an amazing dancer. She took 3 years of French. She was on the Seminary Council last year and gave an amazing talk at Seminary Graduation. She even wrote a song for Seminary Graduation that was performed that night. She is currently working at Jamie's vinyl lettering business and also at American Eagle in the Provo mall.

Brayden (almost 15) will be getting his driving learners permit in a few months... Holy Smokes! He is as tall as Kevin and has many of Kevin's characteristics. Brayden will be a Freshman this year. Brayden's greatest interest is sports. He was on a super league baseball team this spring and is currently playing on the High School Sophomore baseball team. He was chosen to play in the All Stars game last week that takes all the best players from the state. He is looking forward to playing football in the fall (his 2nd love next to baseball). Last fall he was a starter for his school basketball team. Brayden loves to camp, fish, play with his many nieces and nephews and spend time with his dad and friends.

Kevin has been serving as Bishop of their ward for 3 years now. He is a great Bishop and can connect with so many people because of the trials and experiences he has had. There is nothing that Kevin and Deb love more than being with their family. They make and effort to have one "all family" vacation every year. This year they went to Disneyland and the California beaches. Last year the took a trip to Nauvoo and the Black Hills. They have traveled to Moab to ATV, they have ran the river in Jackson Hole Wyoming, they have camped at Yellowstone where some of the grandkids said the hot pots smelled like Papa (Kevin), hiked Zions and Snow Canyon, and the adults went on an Alaskan Cruise. One of their favorite things to do is blow up the huge waterslide ( it has 3 waterslides on it) in the backyard and have a BBQ. It can be a challenge trying to have vacations with so many little ones but the memories are priceless.

Some of the memories that Kevin has is moving to the farm in Pleasant Grove, having to take care of the farm while Dad was in Alaska, living in the shed with a toilet in the corner, milking the cows and hauling the hay. All of these experiences helped him learn how to work hard and appreciate what he has. He remembers going to Bear Lake and camping on the beach, taking the family to Lake Powell with all the sunburns and Dad setting up the scaffolding for the 4th of July parade every year. This tradition still carries on as Kevin will go very early to save seats for the family to watch the parade. Deb remembers coming to Kevin's house to meet his family. Richie was in the high chair, asleep, with his face in his plate of spaghetti. She remembers asking if he was okay that way...wouldn't he suffocate? They assured he that he did this all the time... it was the only time they could get him to take a nap. But seriously, Deb's fondest memories are not really memories but a feeling.... the feeling of Dad's strong arms giving hugs. He had, and still has, the best bear hugs around!
